Outstanding Care from Dr. Alabrhaba and the Entire Team! Yesterday I had a hernia surgery as an NHS patient. I had an absolutely amazing experience yesterday – truly one of the best I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Alabrhaba for their professionalism, empathy, and expertise. They made me feel completely at ease and well taken care of every step of the way. I also want to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team – every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making my visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. It’s rare to come across such a well-coordinated, compassionate group of professionals. I left feeling cared for, respected, and incredibly grateful. My partner had a hip replacement perfomed by Sachin Badhe. The operation went very well with no complications .The aftercare provided by the physiotherapy team was absolutley amazing. His main physio was Tripti who was extremely knowledgable and supportive as were the rest of the team. Thank you to all that assisted, my partner is pain free and able to return to normal activities. We are very grateful.

very impressed with overall approach. Parking limited. However I have an administration problem. Not all their fault. A problem between Vitality (the main culprits), The consultand and the hospital. And still not fixed

My wife had a hip replacement on 17th May and was home on 18th. The care she received was excellent. Staff were very attentive and efficient. Special mention to Nurse Ray who explained and reiterated his communication to the night staff.

I felt so well cared for, communication was great all the way through my operation. The nurses and staff were lovely and very helpful. Kelly and Eve on nights were amazing and Danny on day shift was so professional friendly and thoughtful. Food was excellent and aftercare brilliant. The medical team were great and explained things before the op. More advice on aftercare from the nursing team would have been helpful as I had to call them twice to get advice on how best to sleep and if side effects from the op were normal or not. Trying to to eat a sandwich with a dry mouth straight after an op was impossible so some thought on food needs to be considered ie. soup or soft fruit would have been better. Overall good care and would recommend.
