After much deliberation I decided to use the services of Mr Cheung. I have hooded eyelids which I feel make me look aged, sad and a tired appearance. Mr Cheung took the time to discuss different treatment options. In his professional opinion, we both thought an upper lid blepharaphasty would be a suitable procedure. As my right eye was more closed than the left, Mr Cheung recommended ptosis along with the blepharaphasty. Mr Cheung spent a considerable length of time thoroughly measuring each eye and taking photographs. I was impressed that he was very meticulous. On the day of surgery, I felt nervous. Mr Cheung and his team members were absolutely amazing, putting me at ease before and after the surgery. The surgery was done under local anaesthetic. Just a slight pinch but bearable when the local anaesthetic was injected around the eye area. The surgery itself was painless, completed within 1 hour without any issues. I received an email from Mr Cheung later that day checking how I was feeling. A nurse also rang to check on me. I was extremely impressed by the post operative care. The healing process was very quick, only very slight bruising on day 2 and 3 but no pain. Stitches were removed a week later by Mr Cheung. I returned to work on the 9th day. The post-op recovery was quicker than I had anticipated. As a consequence of the procedure I look less tired and no more sad eye appearance. The scars have faded. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my procedure. Mr Cheung and his team were absolutely fantastic. I was treated with respect and received care from very professional and understanding people. Mr Cheung, in my opinion, is a very professional, down to earth, genuine man and an excellent skilful surgeon. I would highly recommend Mr Cheung without any reservations to anyone requiring a similar procedure. Thank you Mr Cheung and his team members.
