West Midlands Hospital . I have given the hospital 5 stars and that extends to all the staff . Cant thank them enough for everything they done from start to finish . My surgeon was Mr Syed Ali Shahzad and he was exceptional . I spent many months struggling physically and mentally with water problems and pain . I was getting nowhere with the NHS and problems getting worse I reached out to Mr Syed Ali Shahzad for a consultation . I needed an operation for two things a urethral stricture repair and a reduction repair on my prostate . The urethral was repaired and I had Rezum on my prostate . This was all done in a matter of weeks . All highly caring and professional . Everything has healed perfect with all full function like before like nothing had gone wrong . I would personally like to thank Mr Syed Ali Shahzad and all the staff at the hospital . I cant thank them and recommend them enough .

Had spinal surgery here today, Wednesday 30th April. Claire (Staff Nurse) and Neil (newly qualified Nurse) were absolutely both exceptional. Claire’s explanation of absolutely every process and advice was to say the least, second to none. Neil, whom I believe was only on his second week as a qualified Nurse, is an absolute credit to this hospital. His amazing caring personality where nothing is too much trouble, coupled with his diligence, was truly Humbling. My mother is having a shoulder replacement here on 12th May 2025 and I’d certainly wish they are on duty that day. Thanks again both.

I had a varicose veins surgery at this hospital yesterday and I can only say great things about each and everyone working there. Receptionist, the main consultant, anesthesiologist and the lovely ,LOVELY nurses. They all made me feel comfortable and looked after. I'm a bit anxious about hospitals but it's amazing to see how people like them took all that anxiety away. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.

My daughter had abdominal surgery at the hospital yesterday Wednesday 5th March. The staff, from check in until check out were professional, polite and welcoming. A first class service and experience for my daughter. She couldn't praise the staff more highly. On her behalf i thank you all for your dedication and care.

What a hospital and what lovely staff. I went in today, for hydrocele repair on the NHS. Turns out when Mr Matthews got to the site of the problem, it was not a hydrocele (misdiagnosis) I am now referred back to my GP who did not make the diagnosis for another Ultrasound. My experience today, which turned out to an exploratory operation, was second to none. Everyone who dealt with me had excellent communication skills, was kind and caring. Excellent. Thank-you. Since my arrival I have been nothing but looked after. It was incredible. I was having a twin hernia operation. I was reassured beforehand. After op I was looked after like a lord. I can only say that the nurse, Blithe is not only an asset but a lovely person. Puts faith into compassion. Nothing any bother all night long, I’m glad they decided to keep me in as initially I was hoping to go home. 100% recommendation - thank you also to the catering lady ..
